What I would never do is I would not play with the ball in my house because it might damage the lights. My mum would be angry if I did. I do not like getting screamed at.

What I would never do is kick hit or push someone.

I would never kick, hit or push someone because they might get really hurt and I would get in trouble.
That is why I would hit someone.

What I would never do is I would never jump down from a house. The height is very tall so when I would jump down I would be flat as a pizza. Another thing, I would need to go to the doctor for enormous surgery. I would be so miserable that I would’nt go to school.

I would never damage the books at home or school because if the computer room is full and most of the ipads are used we can use a book. Damaging books, I think is bad and books can be very useful. Books are for and having fun. If all the books were damaged, we would just have to use ipads and computers. Books can also be very helpful.

Week 6 This week in 2J

Today we said farewell to Miss Joni our student teacher. All of 2J were sad to see her leave. We wish her all the best for her future studies. We all enjoyed such a lovely teacher. Thank you Miss Joni.




This week we hope to start learning  how to knit a square. We hope to be able to knit squares and send them to Epping Library where some ladies will sew  them altogether to make a blanket for the homeless people. You can bring along size 4mm knitting needles and 8 ply wool. If any mums are able to help please let me know.


Monday: Homework Unit 10 Excel. Spelling and Tables. Typing practice.
Dance today so wear your sports uniform today.

The type of pet I would like to have is a guinea pig because it is cute and soft. The colour I would get is a brown gingery colour. I love guinea pigs. the thing I love most about a guinea pig is their  fluffy coat of fur. By Evie

Maths in 2J. Measuring the length of objects. the children really enjoyed this activity and learnt lots.

Today our class measured different objects like doors, our height, footprints and handprints. We recorded our work and did some comparisons.

We used hands to measure a line.

We used our feet to measure.

We used tape measures to measure our height.

We learnt a lot today.

At the end of the year we will measure our height again.

Week 4 Journal writing topic: What I would do if there was a blackout in my house.

If there  was a blackout in my house I would tell my parents immediately and ask them how they can fix the blackout. If my parents didn't know what to do, I would wait for some time till the blackout was over. If I got board of waiting I would play with my toys. When the black out was over I would feel very happy.

if there was a blackout in my house I would walk and say,  "Mum where are you, because I'm scared of the dark and I can't see in the dark". My mum would light the candle. A few minutes later the lights would come back on again.

If there was a blackout in my house I would be extremely scared. I can't see in the dark and might trip over and hurt myself. I even could fall down the stairs and maybe break my arm.

If there was a blackout in my house I would call somebody to fix the problems, and I would put out some candles. If I had no candles or I wouldn't call anyone, I would just need to go to my friend's house. If they hade electricity I would stay in their home for one day

I am most afraid of adult  bears because the bears roar loudly and that scares me a lot. I only like baby bears because there cute. The adult bears also scares me because  they have sharp claws and are really frightening
