Week 4 Journal writing. If I was invisible I would...

If I was invisible I would hide and play tricks on my family and friends.
by Dennis

If I was invisible  I would sneak out of my house in the afternoon and go to a pet shop, to buy a dog for a week with my own money. I would hide it from my parents in my secret garden  which my parents never come in. I would give it back to the pet shop and bring it to my house again.

If I was invisible I would like to sneak up on people and scare them. If I was invisible I would like to do what ever I wanted when people wouldn't know. I would love to be invisible.

If I was invisible I would travel to places I had never been to.
If I was invisible I would go to a rainforest.

Week 2 Journal Writing: My Dream Vacation. Please read and leave a comment.

A Dream Vacation

A dream vacation would be fun because you can dream of going somewhere you really want to go like going to Uluru. My second reason is you could dream of a place that is not even real. My final reason is I sometimes think of a dream vacation I once thought of I was in England because there are double decker buses and I really want to go on one.

  My Dream Vacation

My dream vacation would be going to England and visiting Buckingham Palace. I would also go to a motel that has a pool and play in it. I also would like to the markets and to the zoo that is there.

Dream Vacation

If I could go on a dream vacation would travel to Spain because I’ve always had a dream to go there. I chose Spain because I’ve looked in a fiction book about Spain and it is very lovely. In Spain I would like to learn the salsa. I could also learn how to speak Spanish.

A dream vacation

My dream vacation would be going to Hawaii. It would be my dream vacation because it’s so peaceful and quite. I would like to sit in the sun and have lemonade and an umbrella above me. My favourite thing to do in Hawaii would be going swimming. That is my dream vacation.

This term we are learning how to write persausive texts. Please read these wonderful examples by 2J students.

Should Children Have Mobile Phones?

I strongly believe that children using mobile phones is a very bad idea.

Firstly children could learn bad language. When children enter any texting app, they could sometimes see what strangers say. The strangers could text swear words and children could learn those swear words and say them to their friends.

Secondly mobile phones can cause eye damage. This is because mobile phones have blue light that is more dangerous than any other natural light.

Lastly children can copy the internet and cheat in exams. If they keep this up they will never learn the answers to the question nor will they improve their knowledge.

In conclusion I definitely believe mobile phones should not be in the hands of children.

Should Children Have Mobile Phones?

I strongly believe that mobile phones should not be in the hands of children.

Firstly a child could be black mailed e.g. a child could text a stranger who she or he doesn’t know and the stranger could tell him or her to give the stranger money or otherwise the person would do something really bad to the child’s family.
Secondly the child could see inappropriate things on the internet, such as some movies that have lots of violence.

Lastly a child could cheat in class by putting the phone under the table and finding the answers in a test.

To conclude I am most definite in my belief that children should not bring mobile phones to school.

Should Children Have Mobile  Phones?

I strongly believe children should not use mobile phones without any guardian or adult.

Firstly children should not have mobile because these can easily cause eye cancer in your brain and eyes. It can be painful.

Secondly you can play with phone numbers and accidently phone a random person. The person might even call you to her or his home or to ask you your address and street name.

Lastly in Naplan or tests you might use the internet to find the answer and this is cheating.

In conclusion children should not be allowed to own mobile phones.

Should Children Have Mobile Phones?

Children having mobile phones is not a good option for parents as they could do many bad things.

Firstly they may be black mailed and have to pay money or hand over the phone.

Secondly in class when a child is doing a test or an exam they could get full marks from copying answers from the internet.

Lastly they could use it too much and it could cause health issues and eye damage.

In conclusion I strongly believe children should not have mobile phones.
