Dog in a window
Last Sunday mum, dad, Bongo (my dog)
and I were at home. We were waiting for the shops to open.
Dog in a Window
“Ting!”
a loud noise sounded. “Time to go shopping!” shouted dad. “Yay!” I shouted.
“Woof woof” barked Bongo. I dilly-dallied
all the way to the door, but before I stepped out Bongo barked again, “woof
woof!”
We all walked out the door forgetting
all about Bongo. Bongo barked with a cheerless heart and started to bark even
more as if he was crying. All at once he spied some boxes which looked like
stairs and ultimately Bongo inspected something familiar. He ran to have a
closer look and climbed up the boxes. He observed a window so he poked his head
and waited patiently all day. He waited for ages and ages and hours and hours.
After waiting for three days and
three nights, he saw the other owners with their dogs. They were having so much
fun. Bongo stated to bark again even more with lot and lots of sadness and a
heartbroken heart. Bongo was tearful the whole day.
At night, Bongo stopped barking and
heard voices. The voice stopped and suddenly the door opened with a squeaking
noise. My parents and I entered. Within a flash Bongo ran to us and greeted us
with an overjoyed heart and a delighted bark. We all were happy and learnt to
never leave Bongo home and forget him.
