Today we measured out a one metre square. We decided to find how many children in our class would fit inside the one meter square. We found that 15 children standing up fitted. We found 3 children doing the downward dingo pose fitted and 3 children doing the pygmy possum pose fitted. It was great fun and a good learning experience about measuring area.
