ANZAC Biscuits in 2J

On Tuesday 26^th April, the first day back at school, 2J made Anzac biscuits because it was Anzac day on 25^th April. The biscuits were delicious! The women made the Anzac biscuits to send to the soldiers in World War One.

ANZAC Day 2J

Today at school we held an ANZAC ceremony to honour all those who fought and died for our country. It was a beautiful occasion.

If I was an animal I would be a crocodile. I would like to be a crocodile because crocodiles can stay on land for a long time. They are my favourite animals. They have very sharp teeth that can go through your skin.

If I was an animal I would like to be a bunny rabbit because I love bunnies and have always wanted to be one. Bunnies are my favourite and I have always wanted one to be my pet. They would always be looked after really well and I would give them lots of food because they would be really hungry all the time. Week 11 This week in 2J

Last week of term 1
Monday: No homework this week except for typing practice and catching up in publishing any work that needs doing.
No spelling  or test this week.
On Tuesday I will be on a planning day so a teacher will teach you. There is a dance performance in the afternoon.
Wednesday is the ANZAC service. Do not forget the flowers Evie and Jamieson.
Easter Hat Parade is on Thursday morning first thing after the bell.
2J will have their assembly on Friday afternoon at 2:30.
